Keville Enterprises provided construction management and inspection services as the Owner’s Representative for the construction of a new 204,000 square foot, $40M High School for the Town of Medway, MA.
During construction, Keville’s construction manager and resident inspectors oversaw all aspects of the project and worked together with the contractor, the architect, and the Town to ensure that each component of the work was completed in conformance with the requirements of the contract documents.
Keville assisted the architect in improving and enhancing early identification of potential claims; documentation of changes, claims and disputes; and the resolution of change orders, claims, and disputes without resorting to costly litigation. Keville monitored the work and analyzed the schedule and costs throughout the entire construction phase and into the fit-out and final completion phases.
