2025 “The Moles” Student Day at Wentworth Institute of Technology

Keville Enterprises is super proud to have participated in the 2025 “The Moles” Student Day. The event was sponsored by the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Sweeney Programs of Construction Management – and welcomed over 350 students from eighteen (18) colleges across the Northeast. Keville was one of many companies representing the heavy construction industry.

The program opened with remarks from Moles Education Chair Terry Flynn and Moles Past President John McNamara followed by a welcome address from Wentworth President Mark Thompson. Then, Jonathan Gulliver, the MassDOT Highway Administrator and Undersecretary of Transportation, provided an overview of the Commonwealth’s major infrastructure initiatives and statewide revitalization strategy. Timothy McLaughlin, from SPS New England, Inc., closed that portion of the learning experience with a detailed overview of the MassDOT Newton-Weston Bridge Bundle Project at the I-90/I-95 Interchange.

Participants then loaded onto eight (8) buses and traveled out to the I-90/I-95 Interchange project site for guided tours – led by The Moles members and other industry professionals. Twenty-five (25) construction and engineering professionals presented at eight (8) different learning stations. The tour then returned to Wentworth’s campus for lunch, networking, and a career fair that featured sixteen (16) heavy construction companies – offering internships and full-time opportunities.

Christine Keville extends her sincerest appreciation to Wentworth, MassDOT, and the Moles organization for their continued partnership and dedication to advancing education in heavy construction.
