Project Details:
For over six years, Keville Enterprises has been providing independent cost estimating and scheduling services in support of the development and execution of the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department’s Capital Construction Program. Notably, Keville was re-selected by the City to provide these same services for a third consecutive 3-year term (2009 to 2012). Under this contract, Keville provides independent cost estimating services to assist the City in its design and budgeting efforts. Keville assists with review of change order proposals, independently reviewing cost estimates developed by designers at various stages of development (i.e. 30%, 60%, 90%) and offering input and assessments on costs and opportunities for savings. In addition, we provide detailed schedule analysis to assist with project planning efforts and contract time determinations, as well as identify schedule and cost impacts associated with construction activities, including cumulative impacts and recovery methods.
