Construction Inspection

Construction Inspection equals Quality Assurance. At Keville Enterprises, our Construction Inspectors perform inspections based on a proactive, structured, systematic three-phase inspection program. This includes Preparatory Inspections, Initial Inspections, and Follow-up Inspections. Our inspectors are multi-disciplined, allowing them to service more than one contract, thereby providing efficiencies in cost and time. Our multi-disciplined inspection staff is capable of providing world class inspection services on projects including:

• building construction and renovation
• civil/site • coatings • drilled shafts
• earthwork • electrical • geotechnical
• jet grouting • mechanical • sewer/drainage

Document Control

We use a computerized database system to control and monitor all documents generated during the course of each project. This system effectively organizes all project data allowing simple and fast queries to find all document related information and to generate relevant status reports. The system is available to all project participants through a standard desktop application. Documents controlled within the system include the following:

• correspondences • submittals • shop drawings
• tests • claims • requests for information
• change orders • invoices • as-built drawings
• labor reports • daily reports • contract amounts
