Document Control
We use a computerized database system to control and monitor all documents generated during the course of each project. This system effectively organizes all project data allowing simple and fast queries to find all document related information and to generate relevant status reports. The system is available to all project participants through a standard desktop application. Documents controlled within the system include the following:
• correspondences | • submittals | • shop drawings |
• tests | • claims | • requests for information |
• change orders | • invoices | • as-built drawings |
• labor reports | • daily reports | • contract amounts |
