Florida Programs Manager

Mr. Pappalardo represents the Keville Enterprises Inc. Jacksonville Florida office, as their Florida Transportation and Infrastructure Programs Manager. He is a degreed Construction Manager with more than 21 years of experience, including Project Management, Construction Management and Quality Control/Quality Assurance. His positive attitude and strong interpersonal/communication skills enable him to effectively lead project teams and deliver projects successfully to our clients. Mr. Pappalardo's project experience includes: Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Bridge and Roadway and Facilities projects, on which he has held a variety of management and leadership positions including: Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer and Lead Field Engineer. 

Mr. Pappalardo holds a BS in Construction Management and an AS in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is a Certified LEED AP and Project Management Professional (PMP).  He currently serves as the Regional Director Liason to the N.E. Florida Chapter of the American Society of Highway Engineers, serves as National Strategic Planning Committee Chair for the American Society of Highway Engineers and is an active member of the Construction Management Assoc. of America (CMAA), serving on the Programs Committee for the Florida Chapter.
